Which class shall I book?
Both Yoga for All or Rise & Shine Yoga are suitable for beginners and those which an established practise. Options are given in both classes to suit fitness level and yoga experience.
In all classes you will be led through a breathing practise, to settle and focus the breath and we always end with relaxation (Savasana) to integrate our practise and deeply calm the body and mind.

What do I need to bring/wear to class?
Bring along a yoga/exercise mat. I will provide all other props, however you are more than welcome to bring your own, if you have them.
Wear something comfy you can move in, layers are great, especially as the body will cool down quickly during final relaxation. Yoga is traditionally practise bare foot.
You may also want to bring a bottle of water with you.
Try and avoid eating a bit meal at least an hour before practising.

What's your cancellation policy?
12 hours or more notice is required if you wish to reschedule or cancel a class.
All 121's require 48 hours or more notice if you wish reschedule or cancel.
Events and Workshops are non refundable.
Where less than the above notice is given I am unable to reschedule or offer a refund.

Can I book a private
121?
Of course! Private classes can be so rewarding, the benefits are endless.
Whether you're looking to reduce stress, you're a beginner wanting an introduction to Yoga or are simply wanting to improve physical and mental health and wellbeing, then I'd love to work with you to create something uniquely bespoke.
This can either be online or in Studio 1a, a beautiful studio in the heart of Buckingham which you would have exclusive use of.
