What to expect

This Gentle Slow Flow class offers a full-body warm-up followed by a slow, flowing yoga practice. It incorporates a range of postures designed to enhance mobility, strength, balance and flexibility, supporting overall fitness and well-being. The class begins with pranayama (breathwork) to encourage focus and ends with savasana (relaxation) to promote relaxation - both essential elements of the practice. The pace blends gentle, slow-flowing movements with held postures, creating a balanced and mindful experience. Each session is unique, exploring specific poses or delving into yoga philosophy. Modifications are available to suit different fitness levels and experience, making the class accessible to beginners, however, participants should be comfortable moving between standing and floor-based postures. Advance booking is required for all classes.

Cancellation Policy

12 hours notice is required if you wish to reschedule or cancel a class. Where less than 12 hours notice is given, I am unable to reschedule or offer a refund. Class Passes must be used within 3 months of purchase.
