Restorative Yoga is a gentler floor-based practise., where the supported postures & stillness of the practise shift your nervous system from doing to being.

Each pose is held between 5-20 minutes, with the support of blankets, bolster & eye pillows, offering benefits such as:

  • Enhances sleep quality

  • Strengthens the immune system

  • Promotes digestion and blood flow

  • Relieves muscle tension for increased mobility and flexibility

  • Elevates mood

  • Facilitates the release of deeply held tension

  • Improving overall wellbeing

Who's Restorative Yoga for?

This practice welcomes all, regardless of yoga experience, making it suitable for beginners, those with limited mobility and pregnant women

  • If you're feeling tired, stressed or burnt out

  • If you are wanting to press pause on your busy life and dedicate a few hours solely to yourself

  • If you're recovering from an illness

  • You're struggling to sleep at night

  • Or simply if you're seeking a space to rest and rejuvenate

"Slow Down Sunday is the perfect way to spend a Sunday afternoon.
So relaxing that I felt totally rejuvenated afterwards - of course this could have been assisted by the delicious flapjacks Laura provided at the end of the session.
Can't wait for the next one."
