What to expect?


I'll begin with guiding you through an energising Yoga for Strength class, using light weights and mindful movement to build strength, improve muscle tone and support joint health - all without high intensity or strain.
Next, you’ll learn a simple and effective gua sha facial massage routine with Hayley. This hands-on session will teach you techniques to help lift and sculpt the face, release jaw and facial tension and promote circulation for a natural glow.
We’ll then pause for a break with homemade bakes and tea - a chance to unwind, connect and enjoy a chat together.
Finally, I'll lead you into a deeply restorative Yoga Nidra - a guided relaxation designed to fully rest the body, calm the nervous system, and restore energy. During this time, you’ll have the option to receive a soothing foot or scalp massage from Hayley.
You’ll leave the workshop feeling strong, refreshed, radiant and deeply relaxed, with new tools you can continue to use in your own self-care routine.
Weights are provided but completely optional, you’re welcome to take part without them.
