What to expect?


Laura will begin with an energising Yoga for Strength class, using light weights and mindful movement to build strength, improve muscle tone and support joint health - all without high intensity or strain.
Next, you’ll learn a simple and effective gua sha facial massage routine by Hayley. This hands-on session will teach you techniques to help lift and sculpt the face, release jaw and facial tension and promote circulation for a natural glow.
We’ll then pause for a break with homemade bakes and tea - a chance to unwind, connect and enjoy a chat together.
Finally, Laura will lead you into a deeply restorative Yoga Nidra - a guided relaxation designed to fully rest the body, calm the nervous system, and restore energy. During this time, you’ll have the option to receive a soothing foot or scalp massage from Hayley.
You’ll leave the workshop feeling strong, refreshed, radiant and deeply relaxed, with new tools you can continue to use in your own self-care routine.
Weights are provided but completely optional, you’re welcome to take part without them.
