TERMS & CONDITIONS

This website is owned and operated by Wix.com. These Terms set forth the terms and conditions under which you may use our website and services.

This website offers visitors yoga classes, workshops and information relating to these services. By using this website, you confirm that you accept these Terms.

You must not use this website or services if prohibited by law in your country.

When purchasing services, you agree that:

(i) you are responsible for reading the full listing before purchase;
(ii) you enter a legally binding contract upon completing payment.

Prices are listed on the website and may be subject to change. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors.

CANCELLATION POLICY 

12 hours notice is required to reschedule or cancel a class. Less than 12 hours notice means no refund or reschedule.

All events and workshops are non-refundable. With 7 days or more notice, bookings may be moved to a future workshop/event (Slow Down Sunday Workshops only). Less than 7 days notice allows transfer to another person.

48 hours notice is required to cancel or reschedule 1:1 sessions. Less notice means no refund (reschedule may be offered).

Class passes must be used within their validity period.

We may change, suspend or stop services at any time without notice or liability.

All intellectual property belongs to Laura Robinson Yoga. You may not copy, reproduce or distribute content without permission.

We may terminate access to services if Terms are violated.

You agree to indemnify Laura Robinson Yoga against claims arising from your use of the website or services.

We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the service.

We are not responsible for errors, service interruptions, or unauthorised access to data.

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use constitutes acceptance of changes.

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of English courts.
