I have been attending Laura’s yoga classes at Nash Village Hall for over a year now. I really do enjoy my Tues am class. Laura has a lovely style of teaching - always very informative - able to suggest other moves if for some reason your body prevents certain positions. And encouraging words to all - you are never made to feel you are not getting it right . As she says you leave your ego at the door and do what’s right for you . The breathing exercises I find very useful to use in class and in other situations especially if I can’t get to sleep .

I love Laura’s yoga. It has become a staple in my routine, for the physical and mental benefits. The classes are friendly and adaptable.  Ive been able to carry on with a broken big toe, an injured back with out fuss and feel it’s complimented my running. And it’s an hour for me to completely unwind in a relaxing space.
