I have been attending  Laura’s yoga classes at “Nash for over a year now. I really do enjoy my Tues am class.Laura has a lovely style of teaching - always very informative - able to suggest other moves if  your body prevents certain positions. and encouraging words to all - you are never made to feel you are not getting it right .I have also taken part in a Slow Down Sunday restorative class which again was excellent - lots of instruction to help you achieve a comfortable relaxing position - I slept so well that night. I would have no hesitation in highly recommending you try a class with Laura .

I love Laura’s yoga. It has become a staple in my routine, for the physical and mental benefits. The classes are friendly and adaptable.  Ive been able to carry on with a broken big toe, an injured back with out fuss and feel it’s complimented my running. And it’s an hour for me to completely unwind in a relaxing space.
