What to expect
This Slow Flow Class includes a full body warm up and slow flowing yoga practise, encompassing a variety of yoga postures aimed at enhancing Strength, Stamina, Stability and Flexibility. Improving fitness and enhancing your overall wellbeing. Class begins with Pranyama (breath work) and concludes with Savasana (relaxation) both vital aspects of the practice for focusing the mind and unwinding the body. Each week offers a unique experience, focusing on either specific poses or exploring philosophical concepts. Modifications are provided to accommodate varying fitness levels and yoga experience. Beginners more than welcome. Participants should have the ability to transition comfortably from the floor to standing positions and vice versa. Please be aware that advance booking is required for all classes.

Cancellation Policy
12 hours notice is required if you wish to reschedule or cancel a class. Where less than 12 hours notice is given, I am unable to reschedule or offer a refund. Class Passes must be used within 3 months of purchase.
