What to expect

Join us, Laura and Hayley for a nourishing retreat designed to energise the body, rejuvenate the face and deeply relax the mind. Laura will begin with an energising Yoga for Strength class, using light weights and mindful movement to build strength, improve muscle tone and support joint health - all without high intensity or strain. Next, you’ll learn a simple and effective gua sha facial massage routine by Hayley. This hands-on session will teach you techniques to help lift and sculpt the face, release jaw and facial tension and promote circulation for a natural glow. We’ll then pause for a break with homemade bakes and tea - a chance to unwind, connect and enjoy a chat together. Finally, Laura will lead you into a deeply restorative Yoga Nidra - a guided relaxation designed to fully rest the body, calm the nervous system, and restore energy. During this time, you’ll have the option to receive a soothing foot or scalp massage from Hayley. You’ll leave the workshop feeling strong, refreshed, radiant and deeply relaxed, with new tools you can continue to use in your own self-care routine. Weights are provided but completely optional, you’re welcome to take part without them. Modifications are provided to accommodate various fitness levels and experience, making it beginner-friendly. Props provided, including mats. Please bring your own Gua Sha tool if you have one. A limited number will be available to use or purchase. Spaces are limited

Cancellation Policy

This event is non-refundable , however with 7 days or more notice you can move your booking to a future event. Where less than 7 days notice is given, you may transfer your booking to another person, please let me know if you plan on doing this.
