Hi, I'm Laura, Yoga teacher and forever Yoga student
I'm passionate about sharing the practise of Yoga and creating an Inclusive, Uplifting and Enjoyable space for you to Move, Breath, Rest and Relax. Supporting you to develop your own practise and build confidence in yourself and your abilities.
I teach a mix of Hatha, Flow, Meditation, Breathwork and Restorative yoga classes in Buckingham and surrounding areas.
You can find me teaching local Community Classes, in Studios, Gyms, Festivals and Private Classes both in the Workplace and on a One to One basis.
I know how busy life can get and how important it is to take some time for yourself, let me create a space for you to enjoy all the wonders of yoga, leaving you feeling Relaxed, Refreshed and Rejuvenated.
