Hi, I'm Laura, Yoga teacher and forever Yoga student
Passionate about sharing the practise of Yoga, I love to combine classical postures with yogic wisdom, whilst supporting you to develop your own practise and build confidence in yourself and your abilities.
I teach a mix of Hatha, Flow, Meditation, Breathwork and Restorative yoga classes in Buckingham and surrounding areas.
You can find me teaching local Community Classes, in Studios, Gyms, Festivals and Private Classes both in the Workplace and on a One to One basis.
Let me hold space for you to find some balance and sense of calm away from your busy life, whilst developing a mindful connection between Mind, Body and Breath.
Yoga can benefit you in so many ways; Increased Flexibility, Strength, Stability and Balance.
Can aids restful sleep and help reduce stress and allows us to live a more balanced life in a sometimes very unbalance world.
Yoga is an exploration of Mind, Body and Breath, helping you ground the body and queiten the mind.

"I started Laura's classes with no experience but a really bad back. The first few classes I could barely do the poses because I felt like my back was saying 'no' to everything.
