Welcome – I'm Laura

A Buckingham-based yoga teacher offering approachable, down-to-earth yoga — from group classes to personalised private sessions, workplace wellness programmes, and workshops & events.

If you’re feeling tense, stiff, low on energy, or just need a little time for yourself, I’ll guide you through practices that build strength, ease aches, and calm a busy mind.

From gentle restorative sessions to steady, strengthening flows, my classes are supportive, energising, and uplifting — giving you simple tools to move more freely, rest more deeply, and feel better in your body and mind.
