Slow Down Sunday Workshop

Slow Down Sunday Workshops are you're opportunity to press pause and unwind with a luxurious 2 hour Restorative Workshop. Soothing the nervous system, allowing you to fully Slow Down and rest, taking you into a state of deep relaxation.

Restorative Yoga is a gentler, floor based practise. Using props such as bolsters, blankets and blocks, the body is fully supported in positions of comfort and ease.

Restorative Yoga is for everyone, whether your new to Yoga or experienced. If you need a space to Rest and Relax then this Workshop is for you!

All props are provided, however you might want to bring your favourite blanket and cushion.
