What to expect
In this class we move through a variety of different yoga postures building our Strength, Stability and Flexibility. The pace of this class is a mix of strengthening static postures and flow. Class begins with Pranyama (breath work) and ends with relaxation (Savasana) integral parts of the practise to harness the minds attention and relax the body. Every week will be different, either working toward a different posture or a philosophical element. Options are given to suit fitness level and Yoga experience. Beginners welcome. Please note all classes must be pre-booked and class passes can be used to book this class.

Cancellation Policy
12 hours notice is required if you wish to reschedule or cancel a class. Where less than 12 hours notice is given, I am unable to reschedule or offer a refund. All events and workshops are non-refundable , however with 7 days or more notice I will move your booking to a future Workshop/Event. Where less than 7 days notice is given I am unable to reschedule but you may transfer your booking to another person, please let me know if you plan on doing this. 48 hours notice is required if you wish to cancel or reschedule a 121. Where less than 48 hours notice is given, I am unable to offer a refund but will endeavour to reschedule. Class Passes must be used within 3 months of purchase.
