What to expect

This Slow Flow Class incorporates a full body warm up and slow flowing yoga, moving through a variety of different yoga postures building our Strength, Stamina, Stability and Flexibility. Class begins with Pranyama (breath work) and ends with relaxation (Savasana) integral parts of the practise to harness the minds attention and relax the body. Every week will be different, either working toward a different posture or a philosophical element. Options are given to suit fitness level and Yoga experience. You need to be able to easily get from the floor to standing and back down again. Beginners welcome. Please note all classes must be pre-booked.

Cancellation Policy

12 hours notice is required if you wish to reschedule or cancel a class. Where less than 12 hours notice is given, I am unable to reschedule or offer a refund. Class Passes must be used within 3 months of purchase.
