What to expect

Yoga for All In this class we move through a variety of different yoga postures building our Strength, Stability and Flexibility. The pace of this class is a mix of strengthening static postures and slow flow. Class begins with Pranyama (breath work) and ends with relaxation (Savasana) integral parts of practise to harness the minds attention and relax the body. Every week will be different, either working toward a different posture or a philosophical element. Options are given in both classes to suit fitness level and yoga experience and I always encourage practising in a way that works for your body. Suitable for beginners as well as experienced Yogis. Please note all classes must be pre-booked

Cancelation Policy

12 hours notice is required if you wish to reschedule or cancel a class. Where less than 12 hours notice is given, I am unable to reschedule or offer a refund. Class Passes must be used within 3 months of purchase. All events and workshops are non-refundable.
