What to expect

Yoga Flow In this dynamic and playful class, we'll be combining breath and movement, flowing from one posture to another, building our Strength, Stability, Stamina and Flexibility. Class begins with Pranayama (breath work) and ends with relaxation (Savasana) integral parts of practise to harness the minds attention and relax the body. Every week will be different, either working towards a different posture or philosophical element. Variations in poses will be offered and I always encourage you to practise in a way that works for your body. Please note all classes must be pre-booked. Class passes can be used to book this class.

Cancelation Policy

12 hours notice is required if you wish to reschedule or cancel a class. Where less than 12 hours notice is given, I am unable to reschedule or offer a refund. Class Passes must be used within 3 months of purchase. All events and workshops are non-refundable.
