Morning Yoga Flow

Join me on Wednesday mornings for an energising Yoga class to Stretch, Strengthen and Restore the Body and mind.

You can bring babies through to Pre-schoolers to this class for their own separate play session provided for them by the gymnastics team (games, colouring and gymnastics involved)

Space must be booked in advance.

This class is open to everyone, you don't have to bring a child to attend.

Just £7 a class, with a small additional cost for children.
